Meet Your Instructor: CARRIE MURRAY
Fitness has been a lifelong avocation for me. I have been a swim coach, a college wellness professor, a group exercise instructor, and a personal trainer. My Marine and I have been across the globe with our four daughters in tow. I’ve had the opportunity to help many different people and am thrilled to see how great clients feel when they arrive at their fitness milestones.
When we train together, I will encourage you to build confidence while safely challenging you to maximize your fitness potential and reach your goals. You will see improvements in your cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, balance, coordination, agility, and daily functional activities. I hope you make fitness part of your everyday life for the rest of your life!
