RESISTANCE TRAINING 101
This 5-week small group program will help you build confidence and skill in the weight room. Led by certified trainers, you’ll master proper form, foundational movements, and resistance training principles using free weights, machines, cables, and bodyweight. Gain hands-on coaching in a supportive environment and leave ready to train with purpose and confidence.
