Designed for kids ages 9–17, this 6-week summer camp (Session I: June 2 – July 10) is built for serious youth athletes looking to improve speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. Whether your child plays football, soccer, basketball, or just loves to compete, this advanced training program—led by Certified Functional Strength Coach Mike—delivers elite-level coaching in a positive, structured environment. With limited spots available, parents won’t want to miss this opportunity to help their kids move better, train smarter, and play harder.

Cost: $612 for members & $648 for non members
Ages & Times: Ages 9-17
What to bring: Athletic Shoes, Water, Cleats are recommended on field days
WEEKLY FOCUS:
Week 1: Performance Testing, Plyometrics, Acceleration & Bodyweight Foundation
Week 2-4: Speed, Strength, Lateral Movement, Agility, Cognitive Reaction, Power
Week 5: Applied Athleticism: Strength + Movement Integration
Week 6: Final Testing + Performance Evaluations

Coach Coleman is a certified performance coach with a passion for helping young athletes unlock their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Known for his relentless energy, sharp eye for movement, and athlete-first mentality, he brings a results-driven approach to every session.
As a former competitive athlete and longtime fitness professional, Coach Coleman understands what it takes to build strength, speed, and confidence from the ground up. He’s worked with athletes across multiple sports and age groups, helping them become more explosive, agile, and mentally resilient.
