This is an 8-week, 60-minute small group program for active adults 55+ ready for a challenge. Our certified instructors will guide you through the seven foundational movement patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, rotate, and gait — while incorporating progressive resistance, balance drills, and functional conditioning. Each session blends purposeful movement and personalized coaching in a motivating, community-focused environment. Build strength, improve endurance and coordination, and move confidently in your daily life.
