At Camp Rouse, your child will have a great experience with a variety of outdoor time, arts & crafts, group games/activities, sports, and swimming in our indoor pool - all at one location!

IMPORTANT:
• An afternoon snack is included with registration. Lunch is available for purchase.
Required Enrollment Documents
The following items must be submitted and approved before your child may attend the program:
Proof of Identity (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Current Physical Examination Form (must be dated within the last 12 months)
Current Immunization Record
Medical Forms (if applicable)
If your child requires medication while in our care, all required medical forms must be completed and submitted prior to attendance. Children with asthma or severe allergies requiring an Epi-Pen and/or inhaler must have their prescribed medication kept on-site at all times.
All medications must:
Be unexpired
Remain in their original packaging
Clearly display the child's name on the prescription label
Refund Policy
Camp Rouse does not provide refunds for missed camp days.
Requests to withdraw from camp must be submitted at least one week before the start of the registered camp session to receive a full refund.
Requests submitted less than one week of the camp start date may be eligible for a program credit at the discretion of the Youth Programs Director.
Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
