CAMP INFO
Camp activities include outdoor time, arts & crafts, swimming (swim tests will be offered for our older age groups), group games, sports, and much more!
Camp Hours/Times:
Camp runs (Monday - Friday)
Drop off: 9A (Camp Starts)
Pick up: 4P (Camp Ends)
Before & After care add-on available (7A - 9A & 4P - 6P) for $10/day per camper
Fees:
$300 per week per camper
Camp Communications:
All Camp Communications will be via the email that you used to register.
What to Bring:
A clean change of clothes (including undergarments/socks)
Towel
Water bottle (20oz and above)
*Special items for campers with allergies
All parents must submit the required documents prior to the start of camp. See list in FAQ section below.
Prohibited Items/Foods:
Products containing shellfish
Products containing tree nuts including peanuts
Lunch options:
Campers are able to bring lunch or buy lunch from our cafe and our menu will be consistent for the entire summer.
If purchasing meals for the full week, meals are $8 per day ($44.52 tax inclusive for the week). Single day lunch options are available at $10.02 tax inclusive.
Monday - slice of pizza
Tuesday - chicken tenders
Wednesday - cheeseburger
Thursday - cheese quesadilla
Friday - slice of pizza
Chicken Tenders will be offered M-F as a substitute
Meals will be completed with a fountain drink, fresh fruit, or fries.
Sharing food/peanut butter items prohibited
Punch cards are available in increments of $10 + tax

Required Enrollment Documents
The following items must be submitted and approved before your child may attend the program:
Completed Registration Packet
Proof of Identity (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Current Physical Examination Form (must be dated within the last 12 months)
Current Immunization Record
Medical Forms (if applicable)
If your child requires medication while in our care, all required medical forms must be completed and submitted prior to attendance. Children with asthma or severe allergies requiring an Epi-Pen and/or inhaler must have their prescribed medication kept on-site at all times.
All medications must:
Be unexpired
Remain in their original packaging
Clearly display the child's name on the prescription label

Registration will close at 6pm the Thursday before the Monday start date. For example, if camp starts on Monday, June 17th, then registration would close on Thursday, June 13th @ 6pm. Registration will also be closed if the camp is full

No, unfortunately not. The Rouse Center does not issue refunds for missed days of camp. If there are extenuating circumstances, a credit may be issued per the approval of the GM

All requests to withdraw from the camp must be made one weeks prior to the start of the camp for a full refund. Any request made within one week will result in a credit to the Rouse Center.

The Camp Director will reach out if a spot opens up in the order in which the children are registered.

They will be able to sit in the bleachers during swim time and do a quiet activity.
