Join us for a special ONE-DAY pop-up Junior Fitness class!
Junior Fitness is offered to youth 11 – 15 years of age and is designed to:
- Create a solid foundation of fitness and wellness 
- Invest in a future of healthy living 
- Provide a safe and mature environment for all of our members within our facility 
This program will consist of the following topics:
Fitness + Cardio Equipment • Benefits of Cardio • Strength Machines • Cable Machines • Muscles and Movement • Sugar and Healthy Eating • TRX Bodyweight Training • Circuit Training • Fitness Center Etiquette • Making Your Own Workout
