JULY SCHEDULE PHASE 3

Join us for FUN and FITNESS in the water with the Rouse Center’s Water Aerobics program! All Water Aerobics classes are complimentary for members and also available to non-members with a drop-in.  All classes are held at the Jeff Rouse Swim & Sports Center and are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise specified on the monthly schedule. Join us for all the benefits of a non-impact cardio and strength workout in the natural resistance of the water and start reaping the benefits of better health today!
