The Rouse Center's Group Exercise Program is an all-inclusive Wellness program that will meet the needs of the novice to the most advanced member. By incorporating thoughtful programming and nationally certified, experienced instructors with a wide variety of formats, members are encouraged to achieve a wide range of fitness goals.
Our Group Exercise Instructors intend on making each class participant a member of JRSSC's extended family by creating a fun, inspiring and team building environment where all feel welcome and essential to the overall success of the group.
Make it happen! Join the Party with Zumba, ride on with Cycling or catch your breath in Yoga are just a few options of the many classes offered per week! Check out our specialty classes, such as “Move It,” designed for seniors and those transitioning back into fitness as well as our signature class “Total Strength” set to push you to your ultimate fitness capacity!
All classes on the Group Exercise Schedule are included in your membership and open to members age 14 and above. All attendees must pick-up a pass at the front desk for the class you want to attend. Passes may be picked-up beginning one hour prior to the start of class. Once all passes have been distributed for that class the class is considered full. Appropriate fitness attire appreciated, water bottle and towel suggested!
