Homeschool Water Workout Program
Homeschool Water Workout is growing! Join the fun now before space runs out. Workouts will be held on Thursdays this spring, during Home School Open Swim from 1-2:30. Swimmers get a great workout with our amazing swim instructors. They will receive thirty minutes of structured drills and games and can enjoy open swim the rest of the time.
BRONZE GROUP 1-1:30
This is for beginners. Swimmers will work on gliding, floating, stroke technique and basic water safety using noodles, beach balls and kickboards.
SILVER GROUP 1:30-2:00
This is for the intermediate swimmers. Swimmers will improve on stroke technique and endurance with the assistance of kickboards, flippers and noodles.
GOLD GROUP 2-2:30
These are the advanced swimmers. Swimmers will be in the competition pool improving endurance and stroke technique. Current swimmers in gold group average 400-600 yrds a practice.
Workouts will be held on Thursdays on April 11th, April 25th, May 2nd, May 9th and May 16th.
