Self-Defense Training

8-Week Session –   February 10 – March 31, 2019 – Sundays at 2-3:15pm

This class will teach you how to identify suspicious behavior and potential threats through awareness and reading body language. Further, you will learn how to physically defend yourself against a physical assault. This class is comprised of different styles of martial arts. Class attire: Gym shorts, workout pants, with tennis style shoes.

This class will be held in the group exercise studio for a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ages 14+ with a parent.
