Brandon comes to the Rouse Center with over 7 years experience working in food & beverage and restaurant management. His career originally started as a server at an Italian restaurant. He learned every position and continued to work his way up the ladder to eventually become the Service Manager. Brandon loves to cook and enjoys sharing that passion with others. There's a certain sense of pride and joy he gets when he can brighten someone's day through the food he serves. Now that he's running the cafe at the Rouse Center, he's enjoying the opportunity to be creative and share his love of food with all our awesome members!
Brandon is the oldest of five and both of his parents were Marines which gave him the amazing experience of traveling for most of his life. Exposure to many different cultures definitely fueled his passion for food. When he's not at the Rouse Center he helps operate a home-based family business called Crafty Addictions. His family loves working together and strive to become even better entrepreneurs. In his free time, he enjoys graphic design, creative writing and of course, cooking!
